I have been a nutrition professional for 14 years working in various settings, including; hospitals, wellness centers, sports conditioning centers, academic institutions and industry. My favorite part of being a dietitian is helping my clients feel good in their skin- mind, body and soul. My mission is to guide you, giving you scientifically sound and accurate advice. I will strive to find out what you really want, and help you to achieve those goals with presence and attention. I genuinely want you to succeed and will do everything I can to make that happen.
As a Registered Yoga Instructor, I understand the importance of coupling sound nutrition with movement and mindfulness. I am positive with this multi-faceted approach to wellness you can reach your goals.
I launched my virtual and in-person private practice as a place to focus on nutrition and wellness. I specialize in:

I am also a mom of 3 young kids and a dog mom to our Vizla, Duke. I enjoy yoga, cooking, golfing, gardening and reading. I want help others redefine health and discover their own path to a healthy balanced life. I believe you can be healthy and you deserve to Thrive!
